Purch Order Funding Docs

In addition to the Application, you may be asked to provide the following materials: 
  • Current P/L statement
  • Current accounts payable aging
  • Last 2 years financial statement ( balance sheet & income statement )
  • Articles of incorporation and any amendments
  • Income tax returns ( last two years ) Top 2 pages only
  • Payroll Tax returns, form 941( last 2 quarters )
  • Proof of payroll tax deposits
  • Customer list, name, address, phone, fax, & contact name
  • Details on Suppliers and Vendors, with whom you wish to fund with this loan, including names, addresses, phone, fax and contact name. 
  • Also details on purchases per month, and terms.

     

    Once we receive your application, we will advise specifically which of the above documents we will need.
